My family has been flip-flopping on our Cleveland holiday outing all morning XD My brother and his girlfriend no longer wanted to go. Then by the time we were all ready… the weather got really bad so now I’m here! Just derpin’. Figured I’d at least take a pic ‘cause I got all fancy today.
Oh, and I’m wearing the beautiful owl earrings that miss Liz got me for Xmas! Thank you again honey-bunny, I love them and will always think of you when I wear them! ♥
You know you have it bad for your OTP when…
… you find a candle at the store that says “London Calling” on it and you have to have it. I think it complements the Tallowe wall quite nicely.
It actually does smell amazing, like real tea.

Hung out with the gang at the Cruisin’ 50’s diner tonight! We got all dolled up and had a swingin’ time!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how very thankful I am today. Looking back just a few months ago, I was dreading the holiday season. I thought it would be cold and miserable. But instead, I’m surrounded by loved ones and people who support me and I honestly couldn’t be happier!
It’s been a really rough year… there’s no denying that, but if there’s one thing I’ve realized, it’s that life has a way of balance. Some bad things may have happened… but it doesn’t mean that it’ll always be that way. Things do get better… and I have some incredibly special people in my life to thank for that. There’s been so many wonderful things that have come my way and I can’t express enough how grateful I am and how truly content I am with my life… for the first time in a very long time. 2012 is almost over and I’m excited for a new start in 2013… but I’m already well on my way there ♥
So, in short, I wanted to thank all of my friends here on tumblr. You’ve stuck with me and helped me through some really rough patches… and I appreciate it so much. I’ve never felt so close to an online community (especially in a fandom) and you all make me feel so loved and welcome. I feel like we’re our own little family… and I can’t properly express how much you all mean to me that we can all support each other (while being huge geeks in the process). Thanks so much, everyone. Tons of love and hugs to you all! :’D
So I’m taking this online course for my new job… and I couldn’t help but notice how the course “instructor” that you listen to… is apparently my long-lost twin.
