My damn cat yawns every time I attempt to take photos of him. It’s actually disturbing.

I keep buying headphones, nice ones, only to have my stupid freaking cat CHEW THE CORDS TO PIECES. Does anyone else have a destructive animal? Any tips on how to fix this issue?

I mean, I know I can simply put them in a safe place but this cat has a tendency to find things regardless of where I put them (I guess in that respect he’s a good “treasure hunter” after his namesake… god damn it). I once caught him inside of my backpack hunting down hair ties and my headphones (both things he loves to chew). He also sneaks into my closet and tears up my shoes. I’m worried that it’s going to get to the point where he’s going to chew on the power cords to the tv and game systems, which, let’s face it… is a real problem, especially because it could be potentially harmful for him. Cords can be replaced, but my kitty can’t.

This chewing problem needs to stop but I don’t know how to fix it.

HELP?!
